• No, you can only download apps that are available in the Microsoft App store... iTunes is not one of them. You can still go to iTunes.com and other websites to play music through your browser, though.

• iTunes is not available for the Surface RT as an application. There is a limitation in Windows 8 in how the Surface RT handles media files on the MicroSD. This has been fixed in Windows 8.1, which should be launching in October.
