Does anybody have a problem with it overheating? null

Overheating has never been an issue for me. I use mine primarily for work handling photos or videos, design and drawings. I don't know how they perform for gaming.

No! Take it back ASAP! If it is getting hot then you have a bad unit

I have not. My old laptop is a Dell and that one gets pretty warm. The MS Surface stays pretty cool. I usually use it on my lap so I am aware of how warm it is getting.
