“Will this function with a Surface laptop and support two external monitors?”

• the dock has 2 DVI ports, but I was not able to get a single monitor to work through the dock's DVI, still have to use the DVI port on the Surface for external monitor.

• It definitely will support two monitors. My co-worker has the Surface book plus two monitors running and I have the Surface Pro 4 so I would assume the Surface Laptop would also work.

• Yes, but it struggles with 3k-4k resolutions above 30 hz
