• It comes with the dock, magnetized power cord to computer and the cord from dock to outlet. Other than that, any cables you need, you supply. As for it working with the surface go.....check out this page as I'm not familiar with the Go https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4023451/surface-using-surface-dock-and-surface-docking-stations

• as the dock uses the surface connect port it will work with the go

• The Surface Dock is compatible with the Surface Go. It comes with the appropriate power cord to connect to the Surface Go.

• I have used the same dock with the surface pro's, the laptops, and go's. It appear to be Microsoft universal
