“Is this phone really unlocked. And does it work with metro PCS”

Yes it is 100% unlocked. I tried an AT&T sim, a Verizon one, and a Mint one. Worked A-okay. The only issue I am facing is the phone lags a bit, which causes a lot of typos. Battery is good enough, apps run okay. I use it for my business, so not a lot of heavy, resource intensive apps. Just the usual MS office products and some social media. And please get a case and a screen protector as well if you do end up getting this. Darn thing is a scratch/fingerprint magnet.
