Yes. Mine is an unlocked device and I'm using it through Verizon. If you need to take advantage of WiFi calling and texting, make sure you contact Verizon and have them activate it. Anytime you are in an area with a weak cell phone signal, but a strong Wifi signal, it will use WiFi to make calls or texts. Works great.
