I do not think so. This has a rather low end Intel Pentium processor with no dedicated graphics. If you are looking to run Lightroom but also have a very portable computer, I would recommend the Microsoft Surface Book with the dGPU (dedicated graphics) in order to work for what you're looking to do.

The Surface Go may be able to run certain types of photo editing software. Be sure to compare the specs of the Surface Go to the system requirements of Adobe Lightroom to be sure that it will run on this device.
