No, Microsoft Surface Pro 3 has larger dimensions of 0.4 Inch x 11.5 Inch x 7.9 Inch. Microsoft Surface Go dimensions are 9.65 Inch x 6.9 Inch x 0.33 Inch. Also, One observation to make is the Surface Pro 3 typecover keyboard has 5 connecting pins while the Surface Go typecover keyboard has 8 connecting pins. The older typecover keyboard isn't compatible with Microsoft Surface Go.
