Check your emails. Ours was sent in a separate email. Best Buy would email you the codes to enter in order to get your security installed. I hope this answered your question.

Pretty sure it's not preinstalled on the device (may be an app download and a key to activate?). Take a look at your receipt or online order to see if there is a separate line item and check your email.
