• Nothing else comes in the box besides the power adapter. As far as Windows 10 S is concerned, yes you can upgrade it to Window 10 (not in "S mode") easily with no cost for doing so

• This package includes Surface Go 2 and a power adapter. Surface Pen, Surface Mouse, and Surface Go Type Cover are sold separately. It is possible to switch out of S mode in Windows 10, though doing so cannot be reversed.
