yes and no >> i use both photoshop elements and premiere elements on my desktop and full-sized laptop. check the microsoft store and i see photoshop elements for one benjamin franklin, so it is available, but i suggest that you would not be thrilled with the performance on any but the M3 chip Go2, and maybe not even with that one. If you are wanting to do full-blown photo or video editing (i mean the really intensive stuff), then the Go2 is not quite up to spec for that intensive of an application. second thing to consider is if you already have a license (like i do) for that software and just want to install your existing software on the Go2. you will have to disable the "S" mode, which some people say to do right away without even thinking about it >> i say "try it and see" before dropping the "S" mode as that keeps the computer running faster, better, longer battery life, and long-term consistency without the buildup of "software sludge". Either way, you are getting the Go2 and expecting high-end function from a low-spec machine. nothing wrong with low-spec if you are wanting the smallest, lightest, cutest, most portable windows machine you can buy - that's what the Go2 is for. find an alternative photo editing software in the windows store that will run properly on the Go2 for your initial photo editing, and then finish the more intensive or resource-hungry functions on your desktop or full-sized laptop - don't even get me started on the video rendering, that needs to be done on a much more powerful machine. these are not points against the Go2... the Go2 is the smallest, lightest, best built, and best supported windows machine on the market - BUT it is NOT all things and all powerful! you are paying for portability and quality of construction, NOT for processing horsepower! if you need more horsepower, you will need to get a larger machine (same price, but larger) if that is going to be your "use it all the time for everything" computer. The Go2 is a "companion" device much more than a primary use computer. hope that helps! stay safe!

We suggest comparing the tech specs for Surface Go 2 here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/surface/devices/surface-go-2/tech-specs, with those for Adobe Photoshop Elements here: https://www.adobe.com/products/photoshop-elements/tech-specs.html.
