This is an ARM64 device. Trust me when I tell you that ARM64 runs better under Windows 11 due to x64 emulation being present where it wasn't really until very late in Win10 lifecycle. Going back to Win10 will cause a lot more problems if it even lets you. As far as "which window is currently in focus", Win10 has a bigger issue where the windows have no shadows and no borders so you can't even tell where your window is on Win10 sometimes. Get Start11 to help with some of those issues... fairly inexpensive app too.
