- Answer An absurd question to be fair... but to answer, the Surface Pro 11 comes with Windows 11 installed. It doesnt replace the need for a Microsoft OS as it HAS a Microsoft OS. Windows, 11 and earlier going all the way back almost 4 decades to Windows 1.0 is a Microsoft OS.

- Answer It has two type C ports. I recommend to use a docking (I used one from Lenovo) to connect additional monitors.
