- Answer Depends, I have had some that have lasted over two years and others that have had issues after just a couple of months. I would recommend buying a warranty if you use it a lot. :(

QuestionWill there be a new wireless adapter for Windows 10, or will the existing one work with the improved latency tech Microsoft is working on for the Series X controller? I'm curious if I'll need to buy a new adapter, too, or just a new controller. Thanks!

- Answer Thanks for asking! This Xbox wireless controller has built-in Bluetooth support, so it is not necessary to purchase a Xbox wireless adapter if your Windows 10 PC supports Bluetooth connections.
