I feel this one is a bit smaller and feels less bulky. It has grip on the back of the paddles with gives little extra grip when holding. I like the feel of this controller.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This controller is tuned by Microsoft. The triggers have vibration in them, along with rubberized grips that a normal controller doesn't have. It's a little more $$ but worth while because it performs better. Overall I consider it more comfortable then any other controller. Also has an enhanced D-pad for better control.

Please try again later.The difference is that this controller has bluetooth connectivity, has grip on the sides of the controller, has jack port to plug in your headset, also has to connect a converter to plug in your headset if you dont want to use the jack port, button response is quick as well as the thumbstick response. The normal does not have a Jack port, it does have the port for a converter, does not have grip on the back side of the controller, doesnt have bluetooth connectivity, button and thumstick response may not be that quick, and the appearance is just color black or white depending on the Xbox One Console you have.
