• Xbox Wireless Headset has a button to mute, a dial to adjust game/chat audio balance, and a volume dial.

• There is a mute button, it also automatically detects when you're not talking and mutes. On one side you can use the headset "crown" to adjust master volume, and on the other side is where you can adjust the "crown" to change the balance between party and game chat.
