Yes, but if you are in game chat or xbox party, you might want to mute yourself from game/party chat, or they will hear your phone conversation.

Yes and no you can hear your phone ringing through the headset (if you have a phone connected) but there's no way to answer it through the headset at least none i could find. You'll have to take off the headset and pick up your phone.
