Yes. The 7 41mm is the same as the 8 41mm physically, and it fits the 8 41mm just fine (though the packaging I received did not mention the 7 or 8).

Designed for Apple Watch 40mm Series 4, Series 5 & Series 6 and Apple Watch 40mm SE.

I own the SE and it fits perfectly
