Weather, solar flares, a school bus drove by, a neighbor sneezed. Basically, you need to carry the antenna around to different locations and run your channel scan again. I tried the tv stand, then the window (unfortunately facing the opposite direction from where the broadcast signals originated) and then finally I put it in the attic. 52 channels, no interference, no drop outs. Go to https://www.fcc.gov/media/engineering/dtvmaps to find out where your signals are coming from, then try to arrange your antenna to pick them up without too much house in the way.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.when you set it up, the TV set will setup the channels you will get when it is done scanning. I have yet to get a channel not received by this item. I would rather have a roof anteanna than buy this product.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It happens with all antennas. It's based on the signal strength from the television provider.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You may be on the fringe for receiving the channel. Try turning the antenna slightly, or move it closer to a window. Weather can affect reception.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. That happens when there is a signal obstruction. Could be trees, building or clouds. Move antenna or/and rescan. Some channels just may not come in clear.
