Most TV stations save money by consolidating all their broadcast stations to a single location. They share towers. Use the Internet to find out where the broadcasting stations are located in your city. It is possible you are pointing your antenna in the wrong direction. It is also possible your broadcasting stations are too far away from where you are. There is a limit to how far your antenna can be from the transmitting towers. Try relocating your antenne and do another channel scan. If you go online with social media, see if you can find out who else in your area using similar antennas. If they all get good reception and channel scans, it is possible you may have a bad unit. Get with the company itself on a replacement. Be nice to customer service reps and they tend to go out of their way to help you. Good luck.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It depends on how far you are from the broadcasting station. I was able to get all three networks and many other channels. I even got weather nation through one of my local providers and really like that better than the weather channel. Try moving your antenna if you can.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Try moving the antenna or even rotating it 180 degrees. Be sure to re-scan afterwards to pick up any new channels. It could also be you are too far away from the towers to pick up more channels. You can Google the location of HDTV towers in your area and that will help you determine if that is your issue. If so, there are other antennas available which can pick up those towers at a greater distance.
