• Thie antennae does not convert digital signals to analog. You would need a converter between it and your analog TV.

• Yes, it will work, however you will need a converter box to connect the antenna to a tuner to watch network channels - analog TV do not have a tuner which is needed to receive the digital TV channels from the towers. Best Buy sells converter boxes, much like other electronic retailers.
