I'm having trouble with a group of channels doing rapid freezing it doesn't matter were I put the antenna,, does that. even moved the TV to different part of the room , still does it will that antenna clear that up?? null

The location of your home and where the broadcast tower is can result in some channels not coming in as well as others. The terrain that separates you and large buildings can hinder reception too.
