I would try to contact Sandisk directly with proof of purchase since the clip is proprietary to them, they might be able to send a replacement for free or for a small fee

If you have best buy protection on the item, all you have to do is bring the item into the store to customer service. Make sure any time you make a purchase, you attach your phone number, otherwise they will need the card you used to purchase the item to look up the plan. Once they have the purchase receipt pulled up (they stay in their system for YEARS, so you don't have to worry about losing it or keeping receipts), then they can let you know what the next steps would be for your item. Call Best Buy or visit the store return section.  They will help you.  If you are a geek squad member they will resolve your problem immediately.  Your issue should be resolved when they mail the product to you or your local best buy store.
