My apple iPhone X is not charging help null

the placement of your phone on the charging pad matters, also you can’t have a big case or pop socket on your phone and still wireless charge.

I used the XS MAX which charged but you have to move around a bit to find the coils.

I have the same problem with this charging mat, I have to adjust placement on the charger up to 10 or more times until It will charge my Iphone. I am not happy with charger and would not recomment it
