Poor product

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was looking for a Qi Certified Wireless Charging Pad for my Apple Watch and iPhone and decided on the Mophie 3-in-1 because Mophie is generally a decent brand and it’s one of the brands Apple sells in the Apple Store. I was a little bit leery about this product based on some of the reviews about it not charging. I decided to give it a shot and hope for the best. I had it for 13 days before I took it out of the box to use it or it would have been returned. It charges my watch okay, but does not charge my iPhone about 50% of the time even thoughI am careful about where I place it on the charger and make sure I see the lightning bolt to indicate it’s charging. I don’t have wireless AirPods so I can’t comment on charging those. There have been two watch updates from Apple and both times it wouldn’t update the watch even though the watch and phone were on the charger overnight. Lastly, the charger gets my watch and phone very warm. I never had any of these problems when I charged my devices with the Apple supplied chargers. Bottom line, I’m sorry I wasted so much money on this and would not recommend it to anyone. It turned out to be a very expensive watch charger. If Best Buy didn’t have such a short return policy it definitely would have been returned!

He uses it to charge his iPhone XR, his Apple Watch 5 series, and AirPods Pro at the same time. Only negative is that you have to place it on the charging pad a certain way for it to charge correctly.

Very Convenient Charger

You need to find the right spot for your Apple Watch, but then it works great. Be sure to double-check which generation of Apple Watch it works with properly. Mine is a 2nd generation and it works. It charges the phone through my Tech21 case. Very convenient to have bedside. Now I need some wireless AirPods. It was on sale, so be sure to check if it’s still on sale. Much cheaper than Apple Store.

But overall it’s still a decent product

Nice wireless charger if you have multiple devices

Its got spots for my iPhone12, iWatch6 and airbuds. Charges them all quickly and wirelessly. Nice to just have next to the bed and everything gets charged without much effort on my part. Price was not bad either, $109 which isn't amazing but not outrageous either. I thought about just buying a smaller charging station but then it means three times the effort to charge my devices. So if you have the watch and the phone and headphones then it makes sense, I'm not sure I would recommend to someone who had just a phone and watch or just a phone and the buds... But for those who have all three its a nice setup.

- A:Answer It works great even though the case is larger. On a side note make sure the watch charger is secured into the slot. At first I thought it was defective when the watch was not charging but I tried adjusting it a few more times and boom it worked!

- A:Answer In order to charge with the wireless charger you need a wireless charging case. For the regular AirPods it is the upgraded case. For the AirPods Pro is the the normal case.

- A:Answer Mine did that last night and I didn’t have my AirPods Pro on there correctly. If it helps, my pods case has a green light that shines when you put it on the charger. I look for it standing over it so I can see the green. This tells me that it has made a proper Qi connection and is charging, I think the white light is a warning that it’s not charging so double check to see if it’s making a proper connection.

- A:Answer Yes, your phone can charge with the case on. We tried three different iPhones with three different cases and they all worked. I imagine certain cases might be too thick or heavy enough to prevent charging but we didnt experience that at all.

- A:Answer Unfortunately much like the earlier versions of the iPhones, the earlier versions of AirPod cases will not charge on the mat. Since most people replace their IPhones more often than their AirPods many other versions of this type of charging station you will find have the AirPods case stand on a lightning connector. I didn't think about that until after I bought mine, but decided it wasn't too big of a deal and will upgrade by Pods sometime in the future.
