“Where exactly does the iPhone fit on the pad? I have an iPhone 11 and sometimes it charges overnight and sometimes it doesn’t. There doesn’t seem to be a designated spot. I move it around until it dings, but it still doesn’t always charge.”

I have the same exact issue. Very unhappy with the product. I don’t have the packaging anymore so I can’t return it.
