Go to Google: can't login to my Motorola Edge 21 Phone. Forgot login/and my Password/info. There you will find Lot's of helpful info. You have to have patience. There's no easy process to this. Did you write down anything about Your #'s-numbers/letters? This is a hard lesson to learn! Keep em in a safe place! Hopefully you don't want to erase/wipe phone, but if you don't already have much info, then it'll be easy- to reset phone back to when you first got the phone. Good luck!
