• No. This is for Cable service, not Fios. It works with services such as Cox, comcast, and other cable providers

• No, this device uses a COAX cable input, and is meant to be used with Cable Providers like Optimum, Comcast, COX, etc... FiOS deliveres fiber to your home, and then their bridge device provides an Ethernet handoff for your router/firewall. If you got or are getting FiOS, you just need a router.
