• you should be able to just purchase a plan that comes with a sim card, put it in the phone and, upon startup, will give you the options to set everything up. if that doesn't work you can look up network settings for your carrier, input the info on the phone and get it working.

• Hi Uoeno, This phone is unlocked and should be compatible with carriers in the US. I suggest contacting your carrier Boost to check if they support Moto E4 Plus to their service. -Jess
