how i insert my memory and SIM card in this phone null

there is a tray located on the top left edge of the phone for SIM and memory cards.

Simply insert the sim removal tool, paper clip edge or similar thin tool and poke in in it's very small hole on top of the device

You have to remove the back case cover. It's easy. Just look for an indentation in one of the corners and start there. It should pop open fairly easy. The look for the card inserts.
