A:AnswerI have T-Mobile as a provider and it definitely does Wi-Fi calling. My girlfriend has no cell service in her apartment, so it definitely does work, but you may want to check with your service provider. It may be a service versus hardware, not sure.
A:AnswerIf you are activating the phone to Verizon or ATT, you get a cheaper price. If you are not, you pay the higher price. I use PagePlus and Best Buy does not activate for that company. So I paid $20 more. But the money I save by NOT using Verizon is substantial, so I didn't mind.
A:AnswerHi terry,
The WiFi calling is a carrier dependent feature. It would be best to contact you service provider first to see if this can be added on the device. - Frank
