QuestionWhat does a brand new sealed box look like? The box for the phone I received only has one seal/sticker on one side. Should both sides of the box be sealed on a new phone? (For this phone specifically)?

- Answer Yes, it comes with only one seal. If that seal is not broken you have a new cellphone inside. Without removing that seal the box will not open.

QuestionDoes internal memory affect compatibility? If a model with 256 GB internal memory is listed as being compatible with a carrier, can one assume the same model with 128 GB memory is also compatible, even if not specifically listed as a compatible option?

- Answer Memory does not affect carrier compatibility. This phone has a pretty extensive list of bands and will work with the major majority of carriers.Other devices may or may not have supporting hardware to function as this phone as far as carrier compatibility.

QuestionThis may sound silly, but where on the phone do you plug in the charging cord? Is it on the bottom ? I hate the cords being plugged into the bottom! For me, it's hard to use while it's charging, unless you can plug it into the side or even the top.

- Answer You can use this phone with a prepaid plan. I have a mint mobile plan with this phone. The 'Overview' section mentions other prepaid plans that work with this phone, but I'm not sure if plans not mentioned will work. The plans mentioned are: Cricket Wireless, Metro by T-Mobile, Simple Mobile, Total Wireless, Tracfone, Net10, Mint, and H2O
