Yes, it comes with only one seal. If that seal is not broken you have a new cellphone inside. Without removing that seal the box will not open.

Please try again later.When I order the phone online and picked it up, The brand new box sealed box looked a little beat up from others handling it and yes it only had one seal/sticker on one side. I wish I could have picked the box myself. Yes there should be 2 stickers on both sides of the box. For this phone specifically as well as all phones.
