Just take your sim card from the Sony and put in the the Motorola and your number will be on the new phone. Back up your contacts on your Google account and they will be there when you set up your new phone.

You can use your current SIM card into this phone. If you have your contacts synced to your Google account, use your Google account to this phone in order to get your contacts transferred from the old phone to the new one.
