QuestionDoes this phone work with Verizon wireless prepaid and if so how much is it ready to go.

- Answer This phone does not work well with Verizon. Ive been on with tech support for days trying to figure out what the problem is. Currently this phone will not allow you to use data while on a call unless your connected to WIFI. You wont get HD voice you wont get MMS messages while on the cellular data. You can't send pictures while on a call. Verizon says its not a problem on their system and its a problem with the phone

- Answer Yes, I had a difficult time getting the correct Sprint sim however. Had to specifically request they send me a SIMOLW416TQ which activated with no issues. If their local service centers were open it would probably been easy with a knowledgable tech but online and phone support only wanted to tell/give me what they showed in their system.

- Answer Hi Lauri, thanks for your interest. The original release date of the Moto G Stylus was last April 16, 2020. You'll need to buy a microSD card for you to use its expandable storage feature. It supports up to 512GB microSD card and it has been tested and carrier-certified to work with Tracfone. But, some service provider-specific features may not be available. Please get in touch with this carrier to get further details. - Mike

- Answer I have not had issues making calls on messenger or on other type of phone apps , the thing is the phone settings and Verizon's settings . The only issues about phone is about phone sleeker quality alot of echo and static when talking also battery life is not anywhere near what they say I have a Moto g 6play and stylus last only a couple hours longer on use , And stylus is of low quality so far no replacements can be found for it , I tried they told me I would have to return the product itself well having only one phone I can do without the stylus as far as camera it's ok I still debating weather the old phone took better looking photos? . It's a good thing I got a good buy on it best buy had it for $150.00 trust me if you don't need the stylus save and buy a little better phone.

- Answer It's a stupid process to activate through Boost. Get your sim card SIMOLW416TQ and go first to bring your own phone to check compatibility then go to swap your phone in that order. Don't know why, but it would not let me directly swap without going through checking it first even though it is compatible, but I did it myself and it worked.

However, it has the Moto Display that can show you a sneak peak of your notifications, even when your display is off. - Answer Usually that means you get a discount if you activate through a specific carrier, so if you’re using Mint Mobile you just want to buy the unlocked version without activating. Then you can just place your mint mobile SIM card in and start using it.

- Answer This phone is unlocked, which means that it will work with any of the common mobile service providers. Yes, it works with T-mobile. You will need to get the SIM from T-mobile. I'm with T-mobile and discovered when trying to use their website to set up prepaid service that their system wouldn't recognize the phone's IMEI number. I went to a T-mobile store, which happens to be near me, and the store rep was able to set up the service with no issues.

QuestionWill moto g stylus work on straight talk wireless? What's the best way to activate it?

- Answer I use a Moto G Stylus on Straight Talk. When I first set it up I bought a SIM card three-pack at Wal-Mart and used the AT&T card. It worked fine but there was no option for WIFI calling, which is critical for me since I live in a cell dead zone. When I switched to the T-Mobile SIM card that was included in the three-pack, I got WIFI calling. To activate the phone on Straight Talk I went online and used the BYOP (bring your own phone) option on the website. Switched from my old phone I had been using on Straight Talk to this new one and kept my same number. Done within minutes. (Tip-- search YouTube for a tutorial on "how to activate a phone on Straight Talk" if you want to see how it works before you try it.) I've had the phone for 3 months now and it's been great except for the fingerprint scanner. Maybe my fingertips are too smooth because I have not had good luck with my first attempt to use it. I may try again.

- Answer The short answer is yes. If your cellphone provider supports wifi calling, switching between network and wifi/internet shouldn't be a problem.
