- Answer The Sim card must be compatible with the phone. For example, an LG card will mot work with a Moto G phone. In my area, Boost uses Sprint, so I require a Sprint SIM card compatable with a Moto G phone. Sprint sells a 4 in 1 SIM card package for under $10. One of the four cards should work on your brand of phone.
