It has global network as an option. I haven't been able to travel globally since the coviidiot stuff started to verify.

It comes unlocked. You choose what service you want and the appropriate SIM card is installed. Depending what service you choose you probably will be able to use it overseas. You should contact the service you choose to discern what overseas plans they have.
