it comes with all the android apps - gmail etc. I got mine unlocked and was able to set it up over wifi then easily insert the Verizon sim card. this phone is compatible with Verizon, but I don't know if this is compatible with Cricket. Verizon is CMDA Cricket is a GSM (AT&T) carrier so check the specs?

Hi VeridocsGuy, thanks for your interest. Unlocked devices like the Moto G Stylus doesn't have any carrier preloaded applications. - Mike
