Yes, it does, it's a very popular International smartphone! And it comes capable of using most Any carrier service, I say, Most any because I'm sure there must be one out there, somewhere that is the oddball but if so I can't imagine what it could be... Tmobile, Boost mobile, Verizon, AT&T, Sprint, NET10, Virgin Mobile, you can even use contract plans & the prepaid cards for them! It's a Very versatile & accommodating cell phone! An EXCELLENT phone!!
