• It does NOT work with AT&T or Verizon.. It will work with T-Mobile and Sprint.

• According to Motorola who replied in a customer review of this product: Determined by carrier not Motorola: Brand response from Motorola Customer Care Posted 23 hours ago. Hi Jonathan, The phone does support WiFi calling for carriers that choose to certify it. (For example, T-Mobile and Sprint.) It is not "locked" by Motorola. Sorry you are not able to get this feature on your carrier. -Jess MotorolaMobility
