QuestionHow can I get the activation discount if I already have an existing Verizon line? I keep getting an error.

- Answer I had the same issue. Called Best Buy and they said Verizon controls that activation portion of their website. Called Verizon and she said the discount is only available for newly added lines (i.e. you can't transfer your existing line). Yes, it kind of contradicts the website, but she said there is nothing she could do.

- Answer Yes, it does, it's a very popular International smartphone! And it comes capable of using most Any carrier service, I say, Most any because I'm sure there must be one out there, somewhere that is the oddball but if so I can't imagine what it could be... Tmobile, Boost mobile, Verizon, AT&T, Sprint, NET10, Virgin Mobile, you can even use contract plans & the prepaid cards for them! It's a Very versatile & accommodating cell phone! An EXCELLENT phone!!

QuestionBoost mobile-- just got this phone, got the SIMOLW516TQ from the Sprint Store, but can't activate it, ICCID issue. Boost rep says I need a 5g sim card and then an extended network sim card, that I can get from a boost store? why isn't this working?

- Answer I bought mine at Best Buy, but since my service is through t mobile, I had to take phone to them to put new sim card in and they charged me $20 or $30 just to do 2 minutes of service. I never saw him ring it up either
