A:AnswerI think the answer to that would be "no". In my research on this phone before I purchased it, I found that there were lots of comments about the glass being very fragile and a lot of customer comments were relating to screen cracks shortly after purchase due to everyday/casual drops.
A:AnswerHello,
You can purchase this cell phone as "new" or as "refurbished". You just need to make sure you are reading the phone description and the sellers information completely to make sure you are getting what you want.....new or refurbished!
A:AnswerSo, I have my phone service with straight talk. So I had to purchase the more expensive option. You'll pay less if you want to go with service that Best buy is offering. If you want to continue to use your own service, you need the more pricey option.
A:AnswerHi Terese, The device is unlocked which can be used with your compatible preferred carrier. The device can be used with your current SIM card. To know more how you can activate this phone, you may contact your carrier to confirm. -Jess
A:AnswerHi Moose, The only thing to get that unlocked is to reset the device via Boot menu. After resetting it, the device will ask for your previous Google account you signed into this phone. Write us an email at [email protected]. We'll be here to help. -Jess
A:AnswerI don't use the txt app messages that is pre installed. I use the txt app PULSE and it works alot better. So you have to choose it as your default SMS when it asks u after installing the app. That txt message app is horrible so try any other app, I just prefer the PULSE app.
