“I had bought this phone and put a pattern and fingerprint lock on it and I can't remember what the pattern was and it won't let me go any further than that how do I unlock it”

• Hi Moose, The only thing to get that unlocked is to reset the device via Boot menu. After resetting it, the device will ask for your previous Google account you signed into this phone. Write us an email at [email protected]. We'll be here to help. -Jess
