“Can this be activated on the Total Wireless Verizon MVNO? I called Total Wireless and they will not confirm that a phone can be activated for sure unless you give them the IMEI number. All they would tell me is the phone has to be CDMA and unlocked.”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.So this is all I can tell you. I have Boost Mobile, it was listed in the compatible phones list. Because there's no sim card Boost Mobile had to mail me one. That took a week, then they helped me get connected (via phone), If I had realized there was no sim card I most likely wouldn't have bought this phone. Although, I'm loving it now, the battery mod is so cool.
