- Answer Yes, the Moto Z3 and Z3 Play support Micro SD cards. You will need the included sim card release tool to eject the tray that holds both the sim card and Micro SD card.

- Answer That depends on the store. Some stores reduce the price so much that they take the battery mod that comes with a brand new phone, and resell it to make up the difference. But you must ask. PS there is nothing wrong with the refurbished, and open box, products. They come with a full warranty. That's what I buy when I can. I hope I helped, Tarrat

- Answer Sort of. There will be a mod available that will allow this phone to use the 5g network when available. Putting that technology into the phone would make it too big and bulky.
