Most O.E.M.'s have parts. Go to Motorola's web site and get the telephone number or do a search for your MT8733 for the Manual which should have the part number. If you bought the Modem from Best Buy the box should have your serial number and your model number or you can look at your Original Receipt of COPY of it for Motorola. When you registered your Router/Modem you will have a profile or account with Motorola. Most Companies in the United States have "official web sites for customer service.
