The reply Motorola gave to this question includes an address that DOES NOT EXIST! Like all tech companies they are desperate to avoid actual contact with their customers! God forbid they might have to actually employ a living person to deal with customers, and to give us a sgraight answer. This is a scam of immense proportions, and we are falling right into it it by buying their crappy merchandise sight unseen and paying $1000 for a phone that cost them TWENTY DOLLARS to make! Wake up ! ! !
