  • QuestionDoes the RAZR+ work on Verizon's 5G network? Because the RAZR 5G didn't support Verizon's 5G network.

    • Answer Yes, unlocked. I have an unlocked magenta version and it's been working just fine. I swapped in the sim from my unlocked Z Flip 4 and the network recognized it right away.

  • QuestionWill this phone work with MINT Mobile?

    • Answer Yes it does - I actually have MINT mobile myself. You're not able to activate it with eSIM through MINT, which is a MINT limitation, not a limitation of the phone, so I had to order a physical SIM. So, if you're thinking about buying the phone and getting MINT, order your SIM from them now so you have it when you receive the phone :)

  • QuestionHave a Motorola razor 2023 with 256k less than one year and notice a scratch about an inch long forming where the screen bends for the hinge. Will this get worse and do I have to purchase a new phone? Will it happen on new one? Not dropped nor abused.

    • Answer This will get worse. It's unlikely that it's the screen, but instead the (manufacturer replaceable) screen protector. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO REMOVE THE PROTECTOR YOURSELF Sending it in for replacement is ~ $150. I like to do my own service generally having replaced screens on most of the phones that I've owned, but I would personally not attempt this one.
