Are you talking about the phone screen or the screen protector cracking? The screen protector only rarely cracks or even creases, and the screen itself doesn't have any known issue regarding this. That's probably why you're having to fight for warranty to cover either. My suggestion, don't treat your phone like a Frisbee or hacky sack. I've had both the 2023 and 2024 models since they came out. I'm also rather rough with my phones, being a guy that works with his hands, and subject them to more than phones should be. I still haven't damaged a screen (or screen protector). Remember, a consumer's inability to properly take care of a product (within reason) during everyday use, is NOT necessarily a defect in product design. It's a defect in consumer, and suggests an inability to accept reasonable accountability (because then who could they blame?).
