I turned off the updates, so yes, it comes with an app for recording. But not call recordings. Can't tell you about the app still being available if it's updated

Hi HClay, Thank you for your inquiry. We understand how important the call recording feature is for you. The native call recording feature is subject to regional laws and carrier restrictions, and unfortunately, it's not guaranteed even on unlocked devices like the Moto Razr 2024 phone.
Since Android 13 and newer versions have tightened access for call recording, many third-party apps are affected. We recommend checking directly with the app developers or reviewing recent user feedback in the Google Play Store to see which apps may still work under Android 15.  -Mitch
